This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together to stage the main areas of the home right away. You won’t believe the difference a few hours make just using what you already own!

  • You will receive a Home Preparation Plan to complete before our appointment.
  • This service can take up to 4 hours in the home with 2 hours of planning/prep time and includes Kitchen staging and organizational strategies, main living area staging and emotional connection point set up, and main bathroom design.
  • If time permits, we will tackle other key living areas, so your home is show ready

Owner-Occupied Makeover with accessories – Starting from $980
This service takes all the stress out of staging and is perfect to make a great first impression on the home. The main areas of your home will be ready for the pictures, open houses, and viewings. Statistically, buyers will “pay a premium” for homes with updated accessories!  Fresh white bathroom towels, pillows, modernizing accessories, greenery, and whatever else is needed to “complete the look” 

  • You will receive a Home Preparation Plan to complete before the staging day.
  • This service can take up to 4 hours in the home with 2 hours of planning/prep time and includes Kitchen staging and organizational strategies, main living area staging and emotional connection point set up, and main bathroom design.
  • If time permits, we will tackle other key living areas, so your home is show ready
  • We will bring in essential staging accessories for modernizing and setting the stage for buyers to fall in love with your property.
  • One month of renting staging accessories is included.

Vacant Home Staging – Starting from $2400
If vacant, your home won’t stand out in the Denver real estate market. On-trend furnishings, modern accessories and plush textiles will tell the story for home buyers to remember your home.
